By using the Website, you signify your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions (also known as ‘The Terms’) in consideration of which Cigee provides you with access. From time to time Cigee may modify the Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, please continue to review the Terms and Conditions whenever accessing or using the Website. Your use of the Website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. If at any time you do not wish to accept the Terms, you may not use the Website.
The following Terms and Conditions govern all transactions made between you, the customer, and the Company except as otherwise specifically agreed in writing by a director of the Company.
01 Age Restriction and Age Verification
Cigee only sells vaping products to customers aged 18 years or older.
By placing an order for vaping products through the Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase vaping products.
Orders may require age verification during the purchasing or delivery process. Customers may be required to provide valid photographic identification when requested by Cigee or its delivery partner.
If age verification cannot be completed successfully, Cigee reserves the right to cancel the order, refuse dispatch, or prevent delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information when placing an order. Cigee reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is reasonable doubt regarding the customer’s age or eligibility to purchase age-restricted products.

Cigee does not currently ship vaping products to other international destinations.
03 Access to the Website and Content
We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to the Website, but such access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time.
There may be links that will redirect to another website or that allow you access to this Website from third-party sites. Linked third-party sites are not under the control of Cigee and Cigee is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site or any links contained in such linked site.
04 Additional Saturday Delivery Information
At Cigee, we understand the importance of timely deliveries. While we strive to accommodate Saturday deliveries, recent experiences with couriers have revealed certain limitations beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery for all orders.
Process for Saturday Deliveries
- Orders placed with a Saturday delivery request will be reviewed by our team.
- Our team will assess the feasibility of Saturday delivery based on courier options available and order processing times.
- By 2:30 pm on Friday, customers will be informed via email if Saturday delivery is not feasible for their order.
- In the event that Saturday delivery cannot be fulfilled, the difference between the Saturday delivery charge and the next working day delivery charge will be refunded to the customer.
